Confined Space Refresher Training


Water & wastewater treatment operators may be required to enter tanks, vessels, pits, and other confined spaces to perform
routine operations, or repairs and maintenance. These workers will have had training in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146
prior to entering confined spaces. This course will serve as a refresher of that knowledge and to ensure that employees
retain key compliance information, this will include hazard identification and evaluation, mitigation stratagies, entry permits, atmospheric monitoring, PPE, and regulatory overview.

How Lockout/Tagout plays a role in Confined Space Entry
Requirments for CEU certificate: must have a individual email and technology device to participate.
CEU: 0.2 CEU (Pending DPH Approval)
Eligible for 2 hours of continued education hours for wastewater certificate.
