Distribution System Operator Exam Review Grade D1-D2
This comprehensive course is designed to provide water industry professionals with the essential knowledge needed to understand and maintain public water distribution systems. The course covers key concepts in hydraulics, system design, regulations, and system operation, while also preparing participants for the D1 & D2 Water Professional Institute (WPI) certification exams.
Through interactive instruction, participants will explore fundamental topics such as electricity, motors, pumps, valves, hydrants disinfection, corrosion control, and safety procedures. Additionally, the course will emphasize operational best practices, maintenance strategies, and regulatory compliance under the Safe Drinking Water Act.
